By using our website or signing a service agreement with Digital Anki, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Digital Anki provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, and Content Creation. The specific scope of work for each client will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of our campaigns, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project (e.g., website access, brand assets, business details).
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Ensure that their website and business comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any unethical or illegal practices that could negatively impact the digital marketing campaign.

4. Payment Terms & Refunds

Payment Schedule: Payments are due as per the schedule outlined in the specific Service Agreement (usually monthly in advance or milestone-based).

Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in a temporary suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital marketing services (which involve labor, tools, and time), fees paid for completed work or active monthly campaigns are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis as per the signed contract.

5. No Guarantee of Results (Crucial for SEO)

While Digital Anki employs industry best practices and proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or sales conversions. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and results depend on various factors including market competition, website history, and algorithm updates. Our focus is on delivering measurable growth and high-quality work, not guaranteed #1 rankings.

6. Intellectual Property

Client Property: The Client retains all ownership rights to their original content, logos, and brand assets provided to us.

Agency Property: Digital Anki retains ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing code. Upon full payment, the Client receives a license to use the custom deliverables (like website code or content) created specifically for them.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digital Anki, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, business strategies, and data shared during the engagement strictly confidential. We will not share your business data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to Terms

Digital Anki reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
